Churches & Faith Communities
From volunteer scheduling to event check-in to small group management, I build tools that fit the way your ministry actually runs. No massive ChMS subscription required.
Off-the-shelf software is built for everyone, which means it fits no one perfectly. I build small, focused apps that do one thing exactly right at a price small organizations can actually afford.
Most small churches and nonprofits are stuck between two bad options: expensive SaaS platforms with 90% of features they'll never use, or spreadsheets and paper sign-up sheets that break down every time. There's a better way, software built specifically for how your organization actually works.
Each app does one thing exactly right. No bloat, no learning curve, just a focused tool that fits how your team actually works.

Grant deadline tracking, donor dashboards, program attendance, resource lending libraries, focused tools for organizations doing important work on tight budgets.
Student attendance tracking, parent communication tools, curriculum management, device lending systems, small apps that solve the specific problems your staff deals with every day.
Every app I build is accessible by default because I use a screen reader myself. Keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and proper contrast aren't afterthoughts. They're how I work.
One conversation, no pitch, no commitment. Just an honest look at what's frustrating your team today.
Most projects land in the 2 to 5 week range. You're involved as much or as little as you want while the shape of the tool comes together.
Once it's built, it's yours. I handle hosting and upkeep for a small monthly fee so you never have to think about servers or updates, but if you ever want to take it in-house, you can. No vendor lock-in, ever.
Custom software used to cost $20,000 and up. Because of how I work, a focused app typically costs a few thousand dollars to build, plus a small monthly fee for hosting and maintenance, well within reach for a small organization with a real need. Right now, I'm looking for my first couple of pilot clients. If you'd like to be one, I'll build your project at no cost, and waive the maintenance fee while we work together on getting it right.
I'm Seth Wilson, a software developer based in Tyler, Texas. I teach Sunday school, I use a screen reader every day, and I've spent years building apps with accessibility baked in from the start.
I started this practice because I believe small organizations doing meaningful work deserve tools that actually fit, not expensive subscriptions or clunky workarounds.
Every project I take on is built by me, personally. No outsourcing, no templates. Just careful, focused work.
Whether you have a specific project in mind or just want to talk through what's frustrating you, I'd love to hear from you. No pitch, no pressure, just a conversation.
